A Little Bit About... Doug Adams

Doug moved from Pennsylvania to San Diego in the late 90s and began his Real Estate career helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate dreams. Working at national firms such as Coldwell Banker to local firms such as Sea Coast Exclusive Properties, Doug is now with FINE HOMES & ESTATES C21 AFFILIATED, with over 147,000 sales agents in 14,000 offices worldwide including all 50 states and 86 countries & territories.

Doug has expertise in all areas of Real Estate working with sellers & buyers to complete their transactions. Whether they are relocated from all parts of the county, are up or downsizing, purchasing a large investment property, or are dealing with the nuances of buying and selling bank-owned properties. Doug has handled it all.

His many years of experience have taught Doug the ins and outs of Real Estate from negotiating the contract, physical inspections, loan processing, and closing the transactions. There is much more to it than just looking at homes. Doug can, in most cases, negotiate any problems that might arise to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
